How to use:
Hold the suction, making sure the tip is away from you, and hold the suction ball between all five fingers of your hand.
Next, use your thumb to push the bottom-most flat part of the suction inward. Do this from babies. This first pushes the air completely out of the suction.
After pushing the bottom of the suction cup in, don't let go. Hold it tight like this. With your other hand, gently hold your baby's head in place while inserting the tip of the nozzle into the nostril.
Once the tip is in the correct position in the baby's nostril, release the bottom of the suction cup. The suction cups suck the mucus out of the baby's nose.

Note: Please do not boil and microwave, wash with warm water.
